Oh, I finally got the full-package for a new fitness first member. It's a backpack, a headphone, a bottle, a hand towel, and 3 vouchers for visitors!
Well, umm, yeah, nothing for today. And, I joined BodyCombat class last Monday, and my calfs are kinda stiff or something.
Hmm..... what else to tell? Gonna work it out again tomorrow!
